(Poem) "untitled" by Carly Bryson

the bruja stands willowy the wind
temple of the sun waits for no one
as heat melts down the spirit walls
the lightning cracks the spirit calls
feet stand stained prickly pear pricked
no bleed out no dotted cactus floor
toes teeter on tarantula tile
awaiting the moon’s release
