Donna Snyder

Donna Snyder serves as Co-editor for poetry and art at Return to Mago.  Her poetry and book reviews appear frequently in Red Fez and VEXT Magazine.  Her books include Poemas ante el Catafalco:  Grief and Renewal from Chimbarazu Press and I Am South from Virgogray Press.   NeoPoiesis Press will publish The Tongue and its Secrets in 2015. Until recently, Snyder worked as an attorney for indigenous people, immigrant workers, and people with disabilities.

Brilliant, piquant, motley, startling, savage, gentle – Donna’s poetry. Donna dances with, climbs on, clambers over, swims through, hangs from, slithers with, stomps on, makes love to, abuses words and language with the end results being miracles of poetry. I turn green.
